工作說明：: - The Sr. Marketing Manager represents and leads BG PC and H&W, who needs to deploy assigned BG business objectives come from BG Shanghai, MG China direction also local MT decisions by realizing sales, iGM achievement, market share growth, marketing activation, short and midterm product road map build-up, long-term category strategy and new business development.

- Lead & coach a group of category Marketing Managers which are accountable for short/ mid term product portfolio build-up.

- In charge of Marcom direction and deliver efficient MIP. Driving communication strategy via marketing intelligence (retail audit & consumer U&A) support

- BG PC and H&W Business responsibility: manage sale, iGM％, A&P spending & iSM％ targets to be met as well as per individual Business Plan implementation

- BG PC and H&W marketing goals to achieve, including market share growth, market development, launch planning & execution, new business development & potential new channel development.

- Manages BG PC and H&W product portfolio, ensure existing ranges are competitive & profitable amongst channels.

- Mid-term New Product Development based on local consumer needs, shopper behaviour & solid marketing intelligence

- Philips male grooming, beauty, H&W brand image building

- Monitor all inventory is healthy to achieve financial KPIs as aging & excess targets

- Efficiently manage suppliers & agencies to well execute marketing activation

- Coaching & winning subordinates’ growth. Get the team be capable handling business independently

- Prioritize and manage Marketing budget, lead & coach the marketing team in order to maintain competence & sustain organization’s growth.

- Take a role as member of the Management Team to define the business strategy and goals, so that it can be optimized business performance and growth
