工作說明：

Responsibilities:

1. Provide business analysis and process redesign expertise in manufacturing

2. Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for any MES solutions

3. Customize MES functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design

4. Develop familiarity with production operations, as well as established priorities and sequences for processes

5. Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.

6. Lead small sub-projects or regularly coach other project personnel to ensure business application systems are developed in away that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and best practices.

7. Translate business requirements into MES functional and configuration requirements

8. Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Comprehensive understanding of any MES solutions.

2. Familiar with manufacturing process, automation, equipment interface&integration, or production monitor&control

3. Thorough business understanding of manufacturing processes in a plant environment.

4. Good project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and executing large scale projects from vision through implementation.

5. Strong analytic, problem solving, and conceptual skills.

6. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.

7. Strong knowledge of project management techniques and cross functional experience.

8. An understanding of programming concepts and experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures.

9. Experience with software unit and integration testing.

1. A Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems with an emphasis in a specific functional area, such as Production planning, manufacturing, logistics or equivalent work experience and technical training, is required

2. At least five years of experience in the given business function, two years of experience with any MES solutions, and two complete any MES solution implementation.

3. Five years of experience in a relevant functional area, such as Production planning, manufacturing, or logistics.

4. Familiar with auto industry is plus
