工作說明：

? ICT Solution Manager for ICT is to secure short and long-term profitable business for Targeted Areas, e.g. OSS/BSS, TV and Media, Cloud as well as Industrial & Society. Support key accounts in developing sales opportunities, and reaching sales targets. Major job roles include:

? Report to Head of ICT and proactively develop ICT business in Taiwan market based on the fundamental understanding of customer’s business, operations and objectives

? Accountable for supporting KA from start to finish of sales, pre-sales and delivery efforts for ICT activities toward customers

? Solution marketing, through consultative approach to gain customer trust and further influence customer to favor company’s offerings

? Convert requirements to a cost efficient solution architecture compliant to architectural principles, models and guidelines ensuring consistency between business, information and technology

? Interacts with internal stakeholders and external customers to define and provide solutions enhancing their competitive position

? Responsible to manage solution/architecture compliance throughout the complete solution lifecycle

? Performance metrics of job role:

■ NS, OB of ICT business

■ Software and Services Sales

■ Customer satisfaction and share of wallet

Position Qualifications

? Master of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar, major in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Computer Science is a plus

? Good command of spoken and written English

? Mandarin speaking and Traditional Chinese reading/writing capability is must

? 5 plus years of consulting experience in OSS/BSS or TVM or Cloud, multi-domain is preferable. Specific experience in transport, utility and safety vertical is a plus

? Experience in leader position is preferable

? Understanding of Telecom operator business practices and network architectures

? Certifications in area of responsibility are seen as plus, but are not mandatory for the role. (e.g. ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, eTOM)

? Solid background of cloud/XaaS software architectures and business models

? Knowledge of company related portfolio and offering will be a plus
