工作說明：: Responsibilities:

?Analyze requirements and provide flexible, scalable software implementation designs.

?Oversee the proper implementation of projects through collaboration, coding, and code reviews.

?Research new technologies, develop prototypes, provide training materials, and lead technology integration into existing websites.

?Mentor development teams in solution design and best practices.

?Able to provide suggestions and see the improvement of overall skill of the team

?Identify and address performance bottlenecks.

?Interact with US development teams, build the communications, and meet the same technology goals

Qualifications:

?12 - 15 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of software architecture design and manager experience

?Strong expertise in programming languages such as Perl, Java, Python, or other OO language

?Experience in real time user interactions or status updates system, Wowza broadcasting servers, NodeJS, MQ

?Familiar with SQL, PL/SQL, NoSQL, Memcached, Redis

?Demonstrated experience developing REST/SOAP web services with knowledge of authentication services

?Effective coaching and leadership skills with prior demonstrated ability to provide technical training to developers.

?Must be a self-starter with a passion to stay current with the newest technologies.

?Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

?Must communicate well in English and Chinese in its both verbal and written

?Experience in managing or developing large social networking site or large scale of websites

?Experience in any one or more of the following areas is a plus:

?JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, BackboneJS, HTML, and CSS

?Data warehousing

?Big data analytics
