- 工作說明：
- This is a global solution company which provides customised, end-to-end electronics design, comprehensive product management and robust post-manufacturing repair services to a diverse set of customers and industry segments. They are looking for a STB System Architect in Taipei.
Reporting to the Director of System Architecture of Taiwan, you will be responsible for architecting, leading and managing the initial development of digital living consumer electronics products like set-top boxes. Analyses the technical specifications and requirements to determine the best approach to accomplish the project within unit cost, schedule and NRE constraints.
Key responsibilities:
? Support & propose technology investments to enhance technical leadership in the Digital Living space
? Do benchmarking and analysis on competitive technology & products
? Identify suitable potential new market entry points / potential new products
? Propose a long term forward looking product and technology roadmap
? Provide regular updates to engineering management on the execution of the RFQ’s and projects
? Coordinate activities of technical teams and keep them focused in times of crises
? Coach and mentor design team staff to deliver excellence to internal and external customers
To succeed in this role, you must have good understanding and experience in STB design, calculate, debug and test electronics hardware.
Key requirements:
? General signal processing, and in time & frequency domain relationships
? Analog circuitry and signal processing
? Digital circuitry and signal processing
? On board DC/DC converters and linear regulators
? Working with test equipment: simulation tools, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, spectrum analysers, network analysers, time domain analysers, audio and video signal generators and analysers.
