工作說明：

University degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

15 years or more of progressively more responsible experience in finance and accounting, including at least 10 years in management position leading finance and accounting function with demonstrated success.

1.Expert knowledge of local Taiwanese GAAP and accounting policies.

2.Good understanding of Taiwanese tax and legal requirements.

3.Strong business acumen and talent leadership skills.

4.Strong manufacturing experience required with working knowledge of further processing manufacturing operations. Experience in food and beverage industry and/or with at MNC’s highly preferred.

5. Strong planning, organizational and change management skills; also conflict management abilities.

6.Demonstrated success designing and improving a Finance organization’s practices, processes, procedures and organizational structure.

7.Demonstrated success building high performance teams and developing talent.

8.Strong systems background with working knowledge and experience with an enterprise-wide ERP system.

9.Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Mandarin Chinese and English.

10.Ability to travel frequently between Taiwan facilities, and occasionally abroad.
