- 工作說明:
- 1. Partner development: coaching partners on solution selling to close deals with customers, using the appropriate pipeline management tools, and reviewing overall solution pipeline and forecast.
2. Demand Generation: driving leads of designated high value opportunities through to closure working with partners and key Corporate Accounts sales & support resources.
3. Opportunity Management: Using sales excellence techniques to ensure all opportunities are tracking in pipeline management tools through to closure and conducting win/loss review.
4. Working with the Partner team, drive partner business and solution development and planning with customers for key opportunities.
5. Coach partners on solution selling, on using appropriate tools for pipeline management, and on reviewing solution pipeline and forecast.
6. Engage in co-selling and sales support activities with partners and customers for assigned opportunities relating to the solutions customers are interested in.
7. Constantly check and validate customer and partner satisfaction of involvement in sales cycle and do win/loss review against every opportunity. - 工作地點:

- 1. 6+ years experience in consultative solution selling role with proven results in a scalable environment
- 2. Knowledge of service industry and enterprise customer pains & needs
- 3. Partner experience understanding how partners market/sell to enterprise sized business customers
- 4. Successful and proven performance in leveraged sales or business development
- 5. Teamwork and communication skills are critical
- 6. Knowledge of Microsoft’s products & channel model is preferred
- 7. Experience in selling to Business Decision Makers is a plus
- 8. Demonstrable experience devising sales programs to meet the needs of partners and customers
- 9. Passion for driving results and seeing projects through to completion
