工作說明：

1. Formulate and execute sales strategy on regional sales in Pan America to guide the team in increasing revenue;

2. Build, lead and manage the regional sales team to execute sales plan increase profitability;

3. Drive all sales activities and create new business opportunities in the area;

4. Ensure there is alignment with global sales and marketing on strategy and objectives for specific business units so as to explore business potential and with customers;

5. Gather and provide prompt feedback on competition and new trends for the headquarter to formulate product road map.

6. Implement with distributors on fulfillment business;

7. Partner with customers and initiate customer support; deploy effectively on customers, if any;

8. Manage the budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources;

9. Process and quality oriented;

10. Motivate, evaluate and develop direct report to excellent and efficient performance;

附加條件：

1. Minimum 8 years sales & marketing experience and at least 3 years at people management position.

2. Strong project management skills, particularly in cross-functional communication and coordination, schedule controlling and trouble-shooting.

3. Independent and resourceful, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Self-motivated and high credibility.

5. Good team leader and able to keep high motivation in a lean and mean team; being able to drive performance in a remote team, if needed.

6. Result-oriented and willing to take challenges and achieve targets with excellent results.

7. Multi-cultural sensitive, able to adapt behavior to situation.

8. Excellent verbal and written skills in English, other European language skill is a plus.

9. Experienced in electronic related industries is a must.

10. Resident Visa is a must.
