工作說明：

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing custom display solutions with Suppliers in Asia from conception through manufacture. These solutions include TFT, Touch Panels, Passive LCDs, and OLEDs display technologies

- Get the supplier excited about each project, make sure the custom solution meets the customer’s requirements, to negotiate a good price, and to get the Supplier to develop and manufacture it in a timely manner

- Major responsibilities: 1) Project Management: work with the Suppliers to develop solutions, and manage the supply, price, and quality of production; 2) Business Development: build relationships with new and existing factories, and qualify new suppliers; 3) Sourcing LCD and other components: source quality products, and negotiate pricing for each project

- Work closely with the sales staff, engineering team, and the management personnel at the company‘s Suppliers



Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering

- Strong understanding of LCD displays (both standard and custom), the LCD market, the design-in process and Manufacturing

- 3+ years of project management experience - leadership, self motivation, persistence, price negotiation, and cost analysis skills

- 3+ years of experience in LCD and a strong technical aptitude

- Strong ability to build good and long lasting relationships

- Selling the Supplier on the project and opportunity

- Strong technical ability in order to understand the requirements of each display solution and to ensure they are met

- Leadership and self motivation

- Persistence in order to receive quick responses to inquiries

- Strong Negotiation skills

- Willing to travel to suppliers in Taiwan on a frequent basis and occasionally to China and Korea
