About Our Client

Our client has a long history in operating their business in Asia. They are a public listed company and emphasize on team work and also passionate personalities to fit in the business.

Job Description

- Demonstrated business development experience in applying business development principles for medium to large sized companies in similar industries

- Demonstrated fluency in English

- Proven client and customer account management skills

- Financial: manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources

- Customer: collaborate with internal stakeholders in identifying upselling opportunities, deal negotiations and finalization of contracts

- People: manage and oversee team‘s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set ; drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of business development

The Successful Applicant

- Degree in business studies or marketing is prefer

- Minimum five to eight years‘ experiences in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, business development related work

- Minimum of two to three years‘ experience in managerial capacity

- Track record in business development and contract negotiation
