About Our Client

Our client is a worldwide fast retailing company, stores spread over Asia Pacific, Europe, USA and Russia.

They are popular around the world and currently expanding rapidly in Taiwan.

They are seeking an experienced Store Development Manager to help their rapid expansions.

Job Description

Responsible for not only managing the existing stores but also help to develop new stores in different areas in Taiwan.

Engage with vendors and land lords strategically.

Negotiation processes involved.

The Successful Applicant

With 3-5 years working experiences in store development.

Experiences in engaging with vendors and land lords (department stores cases handling preferred.)

Strong leadership.

Solid strategic negotiation skills.

With Construction and Graphic Design basic knowledge.

Moderate language skills in either English or other second language.
