工作說明：

1. Recommend, develop and implement approved plans, programs and policies related to the sales and distribution of products in the assigned region

2. Analyze and monitor sales and marketing performance within the region relative to established objectives, and recommend and implement changes to correct unsatisfactory conditions

3. Develop and manage sales agents and related distribution functions to meet defined goals and objectives. Assign, plan and coordinate sales territories and accounts.

4. Provide management with recommendations regarding inventory programs which support the sales and inventory turnover within the region

5. Provide suggestions to the timely adjustment of marketing strategies and plans to respond to changing markets and competitive conditions

6. Remain current on changes in company policies, procedures and product offerings in order to provide the highest level of service to customers.

7. Assist in the overall management of day-to-day office administrations

8. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

1. Solid International Sales capability, with at least 5 years of International Trade/ Business Development experience in an export environment

2. Excellent leadership capability, with at least 5 years experience in a managerial position.

3. Well-versed in the current situation of America and European markets

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

5. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, and the ability to lead and develop sales staffs.

6. Able to influence and persuade people to his/her ideas, as well as create win-win situations for all parties involved.

7. Mature and independent attitude with excellent interpersonal skill.

8. Good command of English and communication skills is a must
