About Our Client

Our client the leading provider of high-purity outsourced parts cleaning (OPC), process tool part restoration, surface treatment and analytical engineering services to the semiconductor and related industries.

Job Description

1. Oversees engineering team projects and program objectives to ensure completion

2. High level development of process for new parts and improvement of existing processes. Coordination of team resources to ensure process benefit.

3. Coordination and tracking of team resources for failure analyses and of parts returned from customers

4. Provides direction to team regarding responses to customers. May be primary technical contact for key customers.

5. Provides direction for team in planning Design of Experiments (DOEs) and gathering data in support of these tests. Provides detailed review and construction of reports back at the conclusion of DOEs.

6. Provides direction in the design and implementation of process travelers. Sets standards regarding work instruction (WI) construction.

7. Performs all activities with high efficiency while meeting quality standards and customer expectations. Monitors team for compliance to same standards

The Successful Applicant

1. Degree in chemical engineering or materials sciences.

2. At least 10 years working experience in Fab or high technology manufacturing environment.

3. Strong leadership skills, independent thinking.
