Our client seeks fill the position of Tablet/Panel Channel Project Manager.

LOCATION: Taipei, Taiwan

POSITION & MAIN PURPOSE:

A Tablet/Panel Channel Project Manager who is responsible for developing, design and implementation of Internet systems, processes, procedures and reporting to effectively support the business model while delivering customer experience. The main job of this position is to plan and manage the whole tablet/panel channel project, also need to communicate with all related divisions and affiliates.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

This position reports directly to the Vice president of the Direct Channel.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

-Design, development and implementation of Internet systems, processes, procedures and reporting to effectively support the business model while delivering customer experience

-Liaise with all customer groups and all support functions to support the development and implementation of Tablet/Panel (Android system) channel.

-Evangelize Tablet/Panel (Android system) channel beliefs to all business/function owners and all staffs by setting up channel management procedures and knowledge sharing to increase internal channel usage.

-Complete other related duties as assigned, provide management direction to foster effective selection

-Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The highly motivated and seasoned country executive professional that is a successful candidate for this role will have:

-Familiar with Personal Internet Banking Back-end system (e.g. 2G platform) will be a plus.

-3 years or more working experience in Internet or consulting related industry.

-Strong project management and business planning skills.

-Ability to build positive relationships with all divisions of the group.

-Ability to communicate with senior & executive level management and affiliates.
