職務說明

1.招募： 製作職務敘述相關文件，挑選適當的候選人，處理Offer以及合約相關內容。 協助安排面試

2.薪酬 協助薪酬制度建立，分析市場資料 薪酬檢視及預算分配

3.教育訓練及員工發展 教育訓練需求分析，統整及安排教育訓練課程，衡量教育訓練有效性

4.員工關係 協助各級長官進行員工關係維護 提供可行的建議

5.法規及規範遵循 確保公司合乎人資相關法令及內部規範程序

理想的應徵者

具備人資工作經驗 溝通技巧及專案管理經驗 中等及以上的英文程度 可配合偶爾出差(一年1~2次) 規劃及安排各項事務的能力 熟悉勞基法及相關員工法規 可積極獨立作業

About Our Client

Our client is a Multinational Company that‘s based in Southern Taiwan. The company provides distribution service and the business is growing stably. They are looking for experienced HRBP who is able to handle HR affairs and good knowledge in labor law with great communication skills.

Job Description

1.Recruitment: *Establish job descriptions, candidate screening, offer management and handle contract and offer letter *Conduct and arrange interviews for Line Managers

2.Payroll: *Support the design of the payroll system through collection, analysis and interpretation of market data. *Work closely with Line Managers for salary review process and salary budget distribution

3.Training and Development: *Determine and identify the training needs analysis in organizational, individual and task level *Facilitate and coordinate training and development programs include sourcing the right training professions and training material translation *Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program, track progress, and ensure certain levels of improvements are met

4.Employment relations: *Support and coach managers in employment relations issues. *Provide recommended suggestions to resolve any employee relations issues

5.Compliance and regulations: *Ensure the local and company employment policy is complied and updated.

The Successful Applicant

1.Solid HR experience in HR general affairs is a must 2.Great communication skills and project management experience 3.Good command in verbal and written English 4.Mobility to travel occasionally 5.Knowledge in Labor law and employment regulations 6.Strong in organizing and coordination 7.Ability to work independently and proactively
