ABOUT THE JOB

ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

Our client is one of world‘s leading multi-brand luxury goods companies. The Group’s well balanced brand portfolio includes prestigious and clearly identified luxury brands with a distinctive, specific role .To cope with their business growth and uphold their leadership position in Taiwan market, they are seeking for a Trainer.

LOCATION

Taipei, Taiwan

POSITION & MAIN PURPOSE

The Trainer will work close with manager, sales department and vender. Determines training needs of customer service employees. Establishes curriculum, develops programs, schedules and conducts classes. Evaluates potential programs for suitability and cost effectiveness.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Trainer reports directly to the Sales Team Manager of Taiwan.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

*To bring out the values of training experience and to enhance staff’s passions toward company through training delivery.

* To develop store staff by implementing the corporate training, building and executing development map for store staff to be line with company needs.

* To lead office training to develop talents and meet the company strategy goal.

* To deliver training by acting as trainer or by outside consultant or by in-store trainer to develop competency of the staff.

* To deliver expected training results with good time management and cost effectiveness.

* To train the in-store trainer to set up training network.

* To monitor the training results to ensure the training quality.

* Training Logistic Administration.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The highly motivated and seasoned candidate for this role will have:

At least 1-3 years of experience in training experience, previous experience in product training/ delivering selling skill training and customer service training in multi-national companies will be preferred.

* Good understanding of luxury fashion brands or retail industry will be an advantage

* Detail oriented, self motivated, innovative and organized

* Good trainer skill: people interaction skill, train the trainer skill, communication skill, presentation skill

* S/he should have a “can-do” and “will-do” attitude with respect to accomplishing goals and satisfying the needs of customers.

* S/he must be an energetic, enthusiastic, results-oriented professional.

* The candidate should be fluent oral and written in English and Chinese

EDUCATION

Bachelor or above, fashion or medical science degree preferable.

COMPENSATION

A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate based upon capabilities and professional experience.
