工作說明：: ? Oversee the IT infrastructure and end-user computing of the company

? Manage the day-to-day IT services delivery including end-user support; support and management for telecom, cabling, network, server and storage equipment

? Responsible for drive for improvement

? Review and recommend any infrastructure changes with IT Director

? Review and recommend procurement of IT maintenance service contracts for IT services and equipment with IT Director

? Manage external suppliers and local contractors in a professional manner

? Review and refine the policies and procedures for the information technology department – Infrastructure and networking

? Evaluate and identify new technology and its value to the company

? Lead the infrastructure upgrade and enhancement projects

? Build and maintain good relationships with internal clients, key business managers and stakeholders

? Cooperate with other business units to accomplish the company’s business objectives

? Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
