工作說明：


JOB SUMMARY

The position will be in charge of International Business Unit function, covering business development activities & strategy and customer portfolio & relationship management and etc.; and support the BU Director to achieve revenue and profit objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Supervise Business Development teams

? Develop and implement Business Unit strategy

? Resource planning and competence management

? Performance management system and KPIs

? Business management system and procedure

? Market positioning and segmentation

? Business development and account management

? Business contracts negotiation and control

? Business loading and order fulfillment

? Pricing strategy and control

? Customer interface and relationship management

? Drive total customers’ satisfaction in term of Technology, Quality, Cost and Supply

? Work with Finance and Logistic functions to improve AR collection and inventory turns

REQUIREMENT

? Tertiary education; marketing, business administration, engineering is preferred

? Business management and/or mechanical engineering background preferred

? ＞5yrs management role in Sales & Marketing function

? English communication skills (both written and oral)
