工作說明：

?Formulate strategy and develop annual operation plan for the assigned brand including brand management, new product launch, promotion, training, etc., in order to achieve short-term and long-term goals.

?Supervise the implementation of annual operation plan to ensure the result achieved with good quality and meeting business objective and strategy.

?Analyze market trends, competition movements, and consumer insight to explore potential market and maximize sales growth opportunity for the assigned brand.

?Portfolio management for the assigned brand including new product introduction as well as existing products revision and discontinuance to keep the brand fresh, competitive and profitable.

?Be responsible for the communication/alignment with US headquarter /region on the strategy direction and implementation.
