工作說明：

Overall Role Purpose

Lead and manage the country Operations programme management function to effectively implement programmes and projects that deliver improvement in service quality and cost performance. Manage the full end-to-end real time visibility of shipment status and progress throughout the network in the most cost efficient manner.

Key activities

Operations Programmes Management

? Deliver new capability through the management of Operations Programmes portfolio of projects ensuring that the aims of the programmes and their projects continue to be aligned to the evolving business needs

? Manage the operations programmes on a daily basis, planning the programmes and associated projects, monitoring and reporting progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action where appropriate, and managing the dependencies and interfaces between projects

? Support the implementation of the operations aspects of new products and services within the country and the direct operational support of GMNC accounts – new business acquisition and support of existing business

? Ensure achievement and maintenance of the country GSOP/GIMS certification

? Implement regional/global projects

? Develop the City Master Plan ensuring that the facilities can support the business growth

? Develop the operations plans and processes to support the new products introductions and service offerings

? Implement standard operations business systems (applications and processes) and ensure all operation staff are fully trained in their use

Programme Team Management

? Facilitate the appointment of individuals to the project management teams ensuring maximum efficiency in the allocation of resources and skill across the portfolio of programme and projects

? Manage the day to day based activities of the Country Industrial Engineers and project managers ensuring that there is an optimal return on investments (facilities, process equipment) and implementation of regional optimisation projects (ROAM, WOAM etc)

Operations Training Management

? Oversee and support the Global/Regional OPS training program roll out (e.g. CIS)

? Co-work with training manager in conducting local training program development and roll out to meet local OPS needs.

-Industrial engineering background with 3-7 years management experience in a service related role, preferably in the Air Express Industry

-Proven international business acumen

-Experience in implementing change

-Knowledge of the local regulatory environment

-Experience in engineering aspects of facilities, material handling systems, productivity improvement, engineering tools and techniques
