工作說明：

Job Summary:

- Establish and maintain Taiwan quality system in compliance with ISO13485, regulatory and corporate policies and assist the organization enhance quality culture and accountability.

- Ensure the organization operation is in compliance with corporate and local regulation of quality related requirement.

Main Job Responsibilities

- Monitor the country organization’s compliance with the laws and regulations governing product quality assurance.

- Work closely with quality representatives of each business unit and functional team, to support the establishment and maintenance Taiwan quality system structure, procedures, work instructions and quality records

- Execute internal audits and monitor quality related operations for continuous quality improvement within the organization.

- Assist external audit planning and executions, including but not limited to ISO 13485 audit, TFDA inspection.

- Assist Quality Management System (QMS) related activities, including but not limited to monitor and follow up on document control, product complaint, CAPA, training, quality management review, supplier & purchasing management, product traceability.

- Serve as the main Medtronic representative for contacts with the SBU quality affairs, government officials and other agencies as necessary.

- Provide monthly status report of assigned projects and update the quality metrics with Corporate, regional or Taiwan management review.

Job experiences:

-Min 3 years RA or QA experience or other experiences in medical field or related industry

Skills/Competency Required:

-Knowledge of ISO 13485 and hands-on experiences would be a plus.

-ISO 13485 internal auditor or lead auditor certification would be a plus.

-Knowledge of risk management (ISO 14971) would be a plus.

-Good command of the English and Chinese languages (written and oral).

-Good communication Skills (written & oral).

-Result orientation.

-Interpersonal effectiveness.

-Quality orientation.

-Continuous Learning.
