Job Description

You‘ll be a key Business Partner to help achieving company‘s objective by implementing the appropriate human resource strategy and plan. You‘ll be responsible for full function of HR duties including implementing internal policies, planning recruitment process and training, setting up KPI bonus structure, and handling compensation and benefit.

The Successful Applicant

- Good commend in English and Chinese

- Familiar with Taiwan Labor regulations

- Has had prior full function HR experience is a plus

- Excellent salary package - 14 month guarantee base salary and will also provide additional bonus
