工作說明：

* A single point of contact for routing IT incidents and requests

* Incident Management, escalation and resolution

- Capture all incidents accurately and in a timely manner

- Problem classification based on agreed Service Level Agreement

- Follow-up all incidents and advise customers of the status of their call until the call is closed.

* Provide desk side and phone support for the following areas:

- Workstation, notebook, Printers, Handheld and mobile installation and problem solving

- Audio and Web conferencing equipment

- Telephony : IP phones and mobile phones

- Common computer software
