工作說明：

The Product Compliance Manager establishes and oversees management of global corporate Product Compliance and Restricted Substances standards, policies and programs throughout the global manufacturing base, with the goal to enhance brands, meet customer requirements, eliminate risk to consumers, the environment, the company and brands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Responsible for contributing to department strategic plan for comprehensive Global Product Compliance programs including Restricted Substance List (RSL), CPSIA, Chemical Management, bluesign? implementation, and Green Chemistry programs.

? Responsible for developing and overseeing RSL and Chemical Management programs.

?

? Establishes policies and process for global RSL compliance and enforcement, product testing and evaluation, risk analysis, corrective action plans, vendor performance tracking and reporting.

? Responsible for developing technical resources, communication and on-going training to business partners, liaison offices, subsidiaries, mills, vendors and supply chain partners.

? Establish and maintain business relationships with 3rd party laboratories and technical service providers

? Develop protocol and conduct onsite factory audit/evaluation for Chemical Management and RSL compliance as necessary

? Manage a technical team in Asia as program develops

? Work closely with supply chain Environmental Sustainability team to develop and align Chemical Management requirements for raw material vendor approval and on-boarding process.

? Represent Columbia Sportswear Company in relevant industry initiatives, work groups, forums, conferences and public speaking events. Support development, alignment and adoption of industry standards.

附加條件：

? Advanced degree in environmental sciences, chemistry or textile related discipline

? Familiar with global compliance standards and regulations

? At least 5-8 years work experience with at least 1-2 of those years working

directly in Apparel and Footwear Industry in a management role

? Excellent communication and analytical skills

? Excellent command in spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

? Travel is required
