工作說明：: We are targeting a senior B2B account manager (people manager will be a plus) with strong engineering background in automotive industry.

1. The objective of this role is to initiate, plan, execute monitor and close all OEM Engineering Project Consolidating Activities and Customer Service (Sales Order) Activities

2. To manage/lead/grow the European New Market account management implementing the strategic business plan (a multi-million business scale) on assigned target key accounts engineering product OEM development, and lead to achieve the profitable revenue growth, consistently maintain clients share increase.

3. To drive demand creation and platform implementation in automotive cable assembly/related accessory solutions. Support and manage OEM/ODM cycle from prototyping to mass production. It is required to work with field applications personnel.
