工作說明：: 帶7個人負責retail+wholesale

工作內容:

-Formulate and implement sale strategies and annual target.

-Responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding a strong sale network and trade relationships to achieve market penetration and annual sales target.

-Involve in forecast /sales & operations; to bring the market information to the team and for coming season forecast preparation.

-Supervise and assist wholesalers understand brand’s positioning and must follow brand’s policies and guidelines.

-Gather and analyze data on consumers, markets and competitors for sales forecast and identify and explore new business opportunities.

-Conduct sales visit to secure orders, track sell through and ensure appropriate inventory mix and level at trade.

-Negotiate terms and conditions for existing and prospective customers.

-Cooperate with marketing team to initiate promotions and activities within the given budget & resources.

-Responsible for retail/wholesale business operation including annual terms negotiation with department stores & wholesaler.

-Dept. Store expanding and negotiating the space.

-In charge of sales team to identify key customers/channels unsatisfied needs and then collaborate working with marketing dept. to develop trade marketing communication plan that will deliver the best strategies/schemes to enhance brand performance.

-Monitoring, evaluating and forecasting trade marketing budget for each department store shop & wholesaler.

-To assist Marketing dept. to analyze and monitoring all relevant market and competitive information and convert into sales knowledge; also assist in the initiation and evaluation for pre and post promotion and ongoing brand recognition program.

-Provide instruction to the sales team in respect to sales collation, presentations and trade marketing messages.

-Work along side the promotional activity to develop effective trade/booth themes and schemes to ensure a high profile at targeted trade shows.

Job Specification

-Education: College graduated.

-Experience: Min. 10 years at Retail/wholesale management for international brands.

-Other Skills / Qualifications: Open minded and aggressive. Results driven. Strong communication and negotiation skills; High integrity, Fluent in English.
