工作說明：: 1.Brand Management – FET digital branding strategy planning and executions; communications, marketing campaigns, digital marketing and buzz events implementations.

2.Media and Marketing Campaign Management – Users acquisitions and loyalty program executions. Media (digital-marketing) planning and executions.

3.Lead strategic marketing programs and initiatives; corporate sponsorship events, co-marketing with business partners, local/international expo.

4.Consumer Insight Management – Manage consumer survey projects, and customers’ usage data analysis.

5.Marketing Governance Management – Marketing budget control, marketing resources allocations, marketing exposures, performance measurement and coordination across divisions.

附加條件：: ?Demonstrated ability to plan, initiate, integrate and coordinate Marketing plans and execution with hands-on experience and in-depth consumer in-sight.; ?Strong Marketing documentation writing skills in both Chinese and English, for Press Release, Marketing Collaterals’ copy writing and other related consumer-oriented communication materials.; ?Advanced communications skills in verbal and written, including great presentation skills.; ?Maturity in interpersonal skills to integrate various people and tasks.; ?Flexible and capable of working in an extremely dynamic and stressful environment.; ?Detail-oriented with strong logical/analytical skills and great sense on numbers will be a plus.; ?Systematic and detail-oriented.; ?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.; ?Practically creative and sensitive to consumer trends and folks cultures.; ?Team player, people oriented, flexible in personality; ?Detail-oriented and strong at numbers.; ?Strong logical ability to link performance movement with consumer behavior and fashion culture.; ?Highly analytical and very good at critical reasoning with strong ability for educated guess.
