工作說明：: Training Plan Implement (12 months):

Duration Progressing / Training Position

1 months / Sales Assistant: Focus on sales functional implement including sales target achieving; customer service.

3 months / Leader: People management including new staffs orientation and product knowledge coaching.

4 months / Assistant Manager: Focus on operational management including daily management of store process enable sales environments smoothly.

4 months / Section Manager: Product management and store visuals management including ordering and organizing orders in sufficient quantities to guarantee customer satisfaction. Communicate with VM team and getting sense of fashion for visuals merchandising according to company guideline and sales target.
